One per trade, per county.

For Irish trades and local service businesses

Stop losing after-hours jobs to whoever gets booked first.

A Front Desk for your trade. A new website that talks, types, answers your customers and books the job into your diary — while you're on the tools, and after six when you're not.

  • Answers in your customer's words, by voice or by keyboard, and books them straight in.
  • 'Call us' and 'WhatsApp us' go to your own phone. No new number. Nothing changes.
  • Live in seven days from one ten-minute form. Nothing to learn, nothing to maintain.

The quiet leak

You're excellent at the work. Your website isn't.

Most enquiries for trades now start on a phone, and plenty of them start in the evening. The homeowner has a problem, a phone in hand, and about a minute of patience. What they find decides who gets the job.

Do the sum on your own numbers.

Then one missed enquiry a month is €— a year.

Two a month is €—.

We didn't pick that number. You did.

Picture the Monday morning where you open your phone and there are three jobs already booked in for the week. You didn't answer a single one. You were asleep, or on a roof, or having your dinner. They booked themselves, and they're sitting in your calendar waiting for you.

That's the whole thing. Everything below is just how.

If even one of those happened this month, keep reading. If none did, you don't need us.

A homeowner checking her phone on the sofa at night, a damp patch visible on the ceiling.

Before you spend anything

Three things worth knowing before you pay anyone to build you a website.

1 of 3

It was never the website.

You can have the best-looking site in the county and still lose the job, because looking good and answering at half nine are different problems. The homeowner with water coming through the ceiling isn't judging your photography. They're finding out whether anyone is there. Every euro spent on a prettier brochure is spent on the wrong problem.

2 of 3

You don't operate it. You receive from it.

This isn't software you're being handed. There's no dashboard you're expected to live in and no app to check. You fill in one form, you approve it once, and after that it behaves like a good office manager — the bookings turn up in your inbox and you get on with the work. If it ever needs you to log into something, we've built it wrong.

3 of 3

It's fenced, and it knows what it doesn't know.

It's not a chatbot let loose on your reputation. It answers a set list of things about your business and it pushes towards a booking. Anything outside that list — a price it hasn't been given, a complaint, someone upset — it doesn't guess. It stops and sends it to you. The most useful thing about it isn't what it says. It's what it refuses to say.

If those three are true, what exactly are you buying when you buy a website?

A work van parked outside a quiet house at night.

What you get

What you get: a Front Desk.

Not software you learn. One system we build, connect and hand over. We call it a Front Desk, because that's what it does.

We build it, host it, keep it running, and change it when your prices, services or hours change. You fill in one form. That's the job.

A heating engineer working at an open boiler.

It gets found.

A new mobile-first site, built and structured so Google and AI answer tools like ChatGPT can find and understand your business: one page per service, your real service area, short straight answers, your registrations and insurance shown.

It answers — by voice or by keyboard.

A customer can talk to it or type to it, on their phone, at nine at night. It answers only from what you've approved: your services, your area, your hours, how you price. Anything off the list goes to your inbox, not to a guess.

It books the job.

Two kinds of slot, your choice of when: a Free quote visit, or a Call-back. It goes into your diary, the customer gets a confirmation and a reminder, and you get an email the moment it lands.

It hands them to you.

When they'd rather talk to a person, "Call us" rings your own phone and "WhatsApp us" opens your own WhatsApp. You answer, same as always. No new number, no app, nothing changes.

What it takes from you:

One onboarding form, about ten minutes. We build it. You look at it once and either say yes or tell us what to change.

Live in 7 days.

After that there is nothing to log into, nothing to learn and nothing to maintain. Bookings arrive in your inbox.

Which of those three would have saved you a job last month?

If this had answered one customer for you last night, what would that job have been worth?

What it won't do

  • It won't ring your customers.
  • It won't text them.
  • It won't quote a price you haven't approved.
  • If it doesn't know, it says so and passes them to you.

This isn't for everyone.

If you want a machine that rings people or blasts texts, this isn't it. If you're not registered or insured, it isn't it either — the site shows what you've got, and it has to be true. If you want your customers answered honestly and booked in while you work, keep reading.

One trade, one county

Fifty partners. Then the door closes.

Why fifty

Every Front Desk is tailored — your trade, your county, your questions, your calendar — and every one needs someone keeping an eye on it and updating it when things change. Past a certain number that stops being possible and starts being a queue. Fifty is that number. Not fifty a month. Fifty, total. After that there's a waiting list.

Why one per county

That's a different rule and it isn't about our time. Everything we build is aimed at your county — the site is written for the searches people in your area make, and the content that comes later is made for your area too. Build two roofers in Cork and we'd be aiming both at the same searches, competing against ourselves, and neither of you would get the benefit either of you paid for. So we don't. One trade, one county.

Is your county still open for your trade? Every county is open today.

About

Questions

Before you decide.

Why only fifty?
Because every Front Desk is tailored and every one needs looking after. Past fifty that stops being possible and starts being a queue. When they're gone, there's a waiting list.
Why only one business per trade in each county?
Because everything we build is aimed at your county. Two roofers in Cork would have us aiming both at the same searches, competing against ourselves, and neither would get what they paid for. One trade, one county, so the work only ever points one way.
What if my county and trade are already taken?
That slot is closed. You can join the waiting list, and we'll contact you only if that partner leaves the network.
Does it actually talk?
Yes. Your customer taps a button and speaks, and it answers out loud — or they type instead, their choice. It runs in the browser, so there is no app to install and no number to ring. It says it's an AI in its first message, every time.
Will it ring my customers, or text them?
No, and it never will. It answers people who come to your site, by voice or by keyboard. If they'd rather ring you or WhatsApp you, two buttons send them straight to your own phone, and you take it from there.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. "Call us" rings the phone you already have. "WhatsApp us" opens the WhatsApp you already use. Nothing is connected to your phone and nothing changes on it. If you ever want the Front Desk answering WhatsApp itself, that's a separate number and a separate conversation, later.
What if it says something stupid?
It can only answer from the list you approved — your services, your area, your hours, how you price. Ask it anything else and it says it doesn't know and sends the person to your inbox. Try it above and try to catch it out.
Is it one of those pop-up chat boxes that never answers?
No. Those collect a name and go quiet. This one answers the question, by voice or by keyboard, and books the job into your diary while the customer is still on your site. When it can't answer, it says so and hands them to you.
What do I have to do?
Fill in one onboarding form and approve what we build. After that, bookings and lead alerts arrive in your email. There's nothing to learn.
How long until it's live?
Seven days from the day your build starts. Builds run in the order places are claimed, so the sooner you're in, the sooner that week begins. We'll give you the date rather than leave it open-ended.
What happens if I'm not happy with what you build?
You get every euro back. See the guarantee below.
Do you handle content and social media too?
Yes — Hands-Free Content, €397 a month, or €3,970 for the year if you add it to the annual bundle. Three to four localised posts and short videos a week, scheduled to your channels, nothing for you to write or approve.
Do I have to take the content to get the Front Desk?
No. Most of what you're paying for is the Front Desk, and it does its job whether or not you ever add content. Take it if you want more people finding you than are already looking.

Straight pricing

Do the maths on one job.

One price for the Front Desk, paid once. One optional add-on if you want the traffic handled too. Nothing hourly, nothing open-ended, no build that drags on for months.

Pay monthly

  • €1,500 build, then €397 a month.
  • Hosting, AI and support included.
  • Year one: €6,264.
The Front Desk, for the year

The Front Desk, for the year

  • €3,970, once.
  • Build fee waived. Twelve months for the price of ten.
  • €2,294 less than paying monthly in year one.
  • About €10.88 a day.

Either way: one partner per trade, per county, and your county closed to everyone else in your trade for the year.

The Build Guarantee

Your place is held the moment you pay. Then we build it and show it to you. If what you're looking at isn't what's described on this page, you get every euro back before it goes live. No time limit, no form, no argument.

One extra job a month. Look at your own figure further up the page. Does that cover it?

The next problem

Your Front Desk catches everyone already looking for you. This is for the ones who aren't yet.

Your Front Desk works on people who are already searching — the homeowner with the leak, at half nine, typing your trade into a phone. It's very good at that, and it's most of the job.

What it can't do is put you in front of someone who hasn't started looking. That's what this is for.

Hands-Free Content. Three to four localised posts and short videos a week, made for your trade and your county — your town names, your weather, the jobs people in your area are actually searching for that month. Scheduled to your channels. You write nothing and post nothing. Anything AI-assisted is marked as such where the law requires. It starts the week you go live, not the day you pay.

This is the other reason there's only one of you per county. Content aimed at Cork only works if there's one Cork roofer getting it.

€397 a month, on its own, cancel any month.

Or €3,970 for the year if you add it to the annual bundle — twelve months for the price of ten, the same rule as the Front Desk.

Everything, for the year: €7,940

That's €3,088 less than paying month to month for both.

Yes, that's the same €397 as the Front Desk's monthly hosting. They're two different things: one keeps it running, one fills it. You can take the Front Desk on its own and always could.

Enough people already know your name. Is that the ceiling, or is there more work out there than that?

The two ways in

Two ways in.

The Front Desk — site, assistant and booking calendar, built for your trade and your county, live in seven days. €3,970, once. Two ways to take it.

The Build Guarantee applies whichever door you come through.

Prefer to ask something first? The assistant is bottom-right.
